Quote requests: Request a Dress, Vacation Capsule & Price Match

Take enquiries from customers and reply with a quote. Everything lands in Quote Requests, sorted into tabs.

Request a Dress (Starter plan and above)

Customers describe a dress they're looking for, share a reference link, size, preferred dates and budget. Add the Request a Dress block from Apps in the theme editor. You can change every label, show or hide fields, and change colours and spacing.

Vacation Capsule (Starter plan and above)

Customers request a curated holiday wardrobe by sharing travel dates, destination, trip length, budget, occasions and pieces they like. Add the Vacation Capsule block, choose a Pieces collection, and edit the "How it works" steps, form fields and budget options.

Price Match

Customers send a cheaper, comparable listing from another dress hire store. Turn it on with Enable price match requests in Settings → Rental. Each request shows your price, the competitor's price and the customer's notes.

Reply to requests

1. Open Quote Requests and choose a tab. Search by dress, customer or destination.
2. Open a request and click Send quote to customer. For a capsule, enter the total price and pieces included.
3. Mark the request as quoted or closed.

New request notifications go to your store's contact email address.
