Booking settings
Control how staff create and edit bookings, and set up late fees, customer disputes and bond refunds.
Manual bookings
- Source name
- The label shown on bookings you create in the app.
- Default manual status
- The starting status for new manual bookings.
- Require customer name / email
- Manual bookings can't be saved without them.
- Allow local-only booking without Shopify order
- When off, every manual booking must be linked to a Shopify order. We recommend keeping order linking required, so changes stay anchored in Shopify.
Booking editing
Allow date edits shows a date editor inside each booking so rental dates can be changed.
Late fees
- Default late fee amount
- The starting late fee for bookings that don't have one yet.
- Draft order title
- The line item name used on late fee draft orders.
- Allow draft order creation
- Shows the button that creates a Shopify draft order for a late fee.
