Bookings page & statuses
Every rental order placed through your storefront, POS or a manual booking appears in Bookings.
Find bookings
- Switch between Active, Recently completed (last 14 days) and Archived.
- Search by product, customer or email, filter by status, and sort by Newest first or Send soon first.
- The stats show Total Rentals, Shipped, Returned, Cleaning & Repairs, Overdue and Cancelled.
Booking statuses
A typical rental moves through: Paid → Shipped → Returned → Cleaning & Repairs → Completed.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Paid / Booked | Confirmed and waiting to go out |
| Shipped | With the customer or on its way |
| Returned | Back with you |
| Cleaning & Repairs | Being cleaned or fixed |
| Completed | Finished and ready to rent again |
| Overdue | Not returned by the return date |
| Cancelled & Refunded / Not Refunded | Cancelled. The dates are released on the storefront calendar. |
