# Vendor Consignment: publish profiles and connect stores

Publish a merchant-approved consignor identity on product pages and optionally connect a consignor's own Shopify store for crosslisting.

## Publish a consignor profile

1. In **Consignors**, open **Storefront consignor profiles**.
2. Review the public display name, general location, logo, store bio and rental terms.
3. In **Settings → Customisation**, set profile colours and choose whether to show store rating, pieces available and rentals completed.
4. In **Settings → Labels**, edit the wording on the **Meet the consignor** card.
5. In Shopify's theme editor, add the **Meet the consignor** app block to the product template.

The card appears only when the consignor is approved, assigned to the product and has a published public profile. Private application, contact and payout details are never shown.

## Connect a consignor's Shopify store

1. In **Consignors → Crosslisting connections**, enter the consignor's Shopify store domain.
2. Click **Email request**. The consignor must authorise the app and accept the request.
3. When the request is accepted, click **Connect store**.
4. Click **Sync products** to import active products into the listing review queue.

Imported products arrive as drafts and are never published automatically. Disconnecting the store keeps imported listings and booking records.
