# Profit tracker

See how profitable each dress really is. The summary shows **Total revenue**, **Total costs**, **Net profit** and **Total Rental Bookings**.

## What's tracked for each dress or variant

- **Dress Purchase Cost**: what you paid for it. Enter it to measure payback.
- **Cleaning Cost**, **Repairs Cost** and **Other Costs**: entered on each booking's Payments tab.
- **Late Fees** and **Refunded Amount**.

## Tips

- Search products or vendors, and filter to **No sales** to find dresses that aren't renting.
- Click **Show where these numbers come from** for a breakdown.
- Archived products keep their history.
- Test orders are excluded.
- Export everything from [Settings → Data](https://thedressrentalapp.com/docs/data-tab).
