# Loyalty

Reward repeat customers with points, rewards and loyalty tiers.

## What you can set up

- Choose when customers earn points from rentals.
- Set points per dollar, reward thresholds and reward values.
- Create Silver, Gold and VIP tiers with their own benefits.
- Show points, history and reward progress in the customer account.
- Allow customers to redeem points for rental discounts.
- Use referral and campaign rewards to encourage repeat bookings.

## Turn on loyalty

1. Open **Settings → Customer Profile**.
2. Enable **Customer Loyalty**.
3. Choose the earning rule, reward settings and tier benefits.
4. Add the Customer Rental Portal extension in Shopify Customer Accounts.
5. Save your settings.

Loyalty is available on the **Starter, Growth and Big Business** plans. It is locked on Free.
